Official Rules & Regulations
1. League Structure
Each team will consist of two cars:
1x GTD PRO entry
1x GTM AM entry
Teams must field both entries to score in the Constructors’ Championship.
2. Cars & Equipment
Backup Car: Each team is allowed 1 backup car per season.
Blades: Each car may use a maximum of 3 blades throughout the regular season.
Motors: A maximum of 2 motors are allowed per season.
GTD PRO Class Specifications
Number Rondels: All GTD PRO cars must carry 3 gold number rondels, one on the front, one on the right side, and one on the left side.
Driver Format: GTD PRO cars are to be run by a single driver for the full race.
Race Start: GTD PRO cars must start in the un-preferred lane.
GTM AM Class Specifications
Number Plates: All GTM AM cars must carry 3 blue rectangular number plates, one on the front, one on the right side, and one on the left side.
Driver Format: GTM AM cars are to be run by a single driver for the full race.
Race Start: GTM AM cars will start in the preferred lane.
3. Race Format & Grid Order
Grid Order: The starting grid is set by the fastest lap results from the previous race.
Lap Points: Each completed lap is worth 1 championship point.
Regular Season Scoring:
GTD PRO and GTM AM each have their own points table (1st = 10 pts, 2nd = 8 pts, etc. down to 5th).
Le Mans 24 Minutes Special:
A joint race (GTD PRO & GTM AM together).
Points awarded separately on a top 10 basis (1st = 25 pts, 2nd = 20 pts, down to 10th = 3 pts).
Pit Lane Rule
Any car that goes off track in GTD PRO or GTM AM must re-enter the race from pit lane, excluding the lap in which the off occurred.
4. Points System

1st: 10 points
2nd: 8 points
3rd: 6 points
4th: 4 points
5th: 2 points
Le Mans 24 Minutes (Combined)
1st: 25 points
2nd: 20 points
3rd: 15 points
4th: 12 points
5th: 10 points
6th: 8 points
7th: 6 points
8th: 5 points
9th: 4 points
10th: 3 points
Additional Rule
1 point awarded for every completed lap in all races.
5. Driver Morals & Sportsmanship
The Gatsby Cup is built on fair play, respect, and passion for racing. All competitors are expected to uphold these values:
Respect on Track
No deliberate blocking, ramming, or reckless maneuvers.
Drivers must give racing room when side-by-side.
Respect off Track
Treat competitors, marshals, and organizers with courtesy.
No unsportsmanlike conduct, verbal abuse, or attempts to manipulate results.
Integrity of Competition
No intentional sandbagging in qualifying or races.
No misuse of backup cars, motors, or blades outside the stated limits.
Team Spirit
Pro and Am drivers should support each other but not to the detriment of the integrity of competition.
Team orders are allowed, but must not endanger other competitors or distort fair racing.
Penalties
Violations may result in time penalties, disqualification, or deduction of championship points at the discretion of race control.
